How do I cancel/amend an order?

  • Please contact us at contact@treyca.com immediately with the following information:

    Name, Order Number, Email Address, Amendment/cancellation you require
  • A member of our customer service team will then process your request as quickly as possible
    What is your return/exchange policy?
    • We offer FREE returns/exchanges on all orders if you cover the return shipping costs within 30 days of order confirmation, items must be in original purchase condition
    • Please use our returns form so we can process your return as quickly as possible


      Do your products have any sort of warranty?

      • We offer our customers a year’s warranty on their products
      • If you accidentally break your glasses we offer 30% off your next pair *photographic evidence required*

      I received the wrong product, what should I do?

      • If the product you received is not what you ordered, please don't wear it. Keep the order in its original packaging and contact us at contact@treyca.com within 72 hours — please be sure to include your order number. We'll replace those quickly and cover the costs of shipping

      I think my sunglasses arrived defective, what should I do?

      • If your product is defective, contact us at contact@treyca.com with your order number. Be as descriptive as possible when describing the issue and please include photos of the defective product.

       How long does EU shipping take?

      • 3-5 Working days

      How long does international shipping take?

      • 5-7 Working days

      How long does UK shipping take?

      • Next working day

      Am I responsible for import duties and taxes on my order?

      • US customers only have to pay duties on orders over $800
      • Depending on your country's specific import laws you may be required to pay local duties and taxes. These fees are not included in your shipping cost. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

      Please include correct telephone contact information in your order to ensure that you can be reached in the case of a customs issue.
